Coins Royale is dedicated to responsible gameplay and we are committed to you enjoying your experience with us in a safe and responsible manner.
Playing at Coins Royale should be for entertainment only and should be played in moderation alongside other real-life activities. It should never interfere with your commitment and responsibilities to your work or family. If you are under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance, you should not play. If you do not feel like you are in control, you should not play. Coins Royale should not be played for the purpose of generating income or paying debts.
This Responsible Social Gaming Policy forms part of the Coins Royale Terms and Conditions.
Terms that are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy.
To ensure that you enjoy safe and responsible play, we have implemented a number of tools and safeguards to assist you. These resources are designed to help you to make an informed decision about your gameplay and to reduce the risk of problem gaming. Our team is trained and equipped to support you with your gameplay and can share helpful information regarding the tools available to you.
1. OUR TOOLS
1.1 ACCOUNT HISTORY
Account History allows you to check your purchase and redemption history, as well as gameplay activity.
This tool is accessible though My Account > Transactions, then choose Transaction Type “Gaming”, "Bonus", "Purchase", or "Redeem".
When selected, your Transactions history will allow you to select dates over the last twelve (12) months and will:
• Show your gameplay history
• Show your purchase history
• Show your redemption history
• Show your bonus history
1.2 REALITY CHECKS
Reality checks are a session reminder that allow you to gain more control over your gaming.
Reality Checks set up alerts that allow you to actively decide if you wish to continue playing, or to log out.
This tool is accessible through My Account > Setup Limits, limit type “Reality Check”.
You can select the session reminder to every 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
When activated, the reality check will:
• Suspend your play and indicate how long you have been online
• Allow you to decide if you want to continue with your gameplay session or to log out
1.3 PURCHASE LIMITS
Purchase limits allow you to limit the amount of Fun Coins you can purchase in the Coin Store.
This tool is accessible through My Account > Setup Limits, limit type “Purchase Limits”.
You can select the duration to be daily, weekly, or monthly.
When activated, the purchase limit will:
• Limit how much you can spend on Fun Coin packages during your selected time period
• When you reach your purchase limit, you will not be able to make any further purchases until the limit has reset
• The purchase limit can be removed or changed at any time. Any decrease to the purchase limit will be immediate. Any increase to the purchase limit will take effect once a 72-hour cooling off period has elapsed.
1.4 SESSION LIMITS
Session limits allow you to limit the total amount of time you will be able to play.
This tool is accessible through My Account > Setup Limits, limit type “Session Limits”.
You can select the duration in minutes that you will be able to be logged into your account, after which time you will be logged out.
When activated, the session limit will:
• Limit how much time you can be logged into your account within a session
• When you reach your session limit, you will be logged out of your account automatically
• The session limit can be removed or changed at any time. Any decrease to the session limit will be immediate. Any increase to the session limit will only take effect after a 72-hour cooling off period has elapsed.
1.5 SELF EXCLUSION
Self-exclusion gives you the ability to fully block access to your Coins Royale account, providing a clear break and the space to regain control over your gameplay.
This tool is accessible through My Account > Self-Exclude.
You can select the period of time in which you want to take a break from Coins Royale. You can select to take a break for a period of 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or 6 months.
Once activated, your account will be immediately locked out and you will be unable to log in, purchase, or play any games during the exclusion period.
When activated, the self-exclusion will:
• Immediately log you out of your account
• Prohibit you from logging into your account
• Unsubscribe you from marketing communications wherever possible
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure we do not send you any marketing materials during your self-exclusion, however we cannot guarantee this. If this does occur, please email us at support@coinsroyale.com so we can resolve this promptly.
During your self-exclusion, you will not be able to make any purchases or redemptions, so should you have any redeemable Sweep Coins balance in your account, we highly recommend that you request a redemption before setting a self-exclusion.
We recommend that during the period of self-exclusion that you stop following Coins Royale on any of our social media channels.
Self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Please do not attempt to circumvent your self-exclusion by registering for a new account at Coins Royale as this may lead to a permanent ban. Note that Coins Royale, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to impose a self-exclusion on any player.
After any self-exclusion period has elapsed, you can request for your account to be opened by emailing support@coinsroyale.com.
If you wish to extend your self-exclusion for a period of time greater than six months, please contact us at support@coinsroyale.com.
ASSESSING PROBLEMATIC GAMEPLAY AND GETTING SUPPORT
If you believe that you or someone else’s computer gameplay is becoming problematic, you should seek help from a qualified medical professional.
Problem gameplay can be financial, such as the inability to pay bills; it may impact family relationships, such as disconnecting from family members; it may impact employment through missing work or loss of employment; and can impact health through anxiety and depression.

PARENTAL CONTROL
We have systems and checks in place to prevent the use of underage gameplay on Coins Royale. Parental control is a vital part of responsible gameplay. If you share your mobile phone, laptop, desktop computer or tablet with any friends or family who are under the legal age of 21 to participate, we strongly recommend you prevent access to your account. Do not share your login credentials, and do not leave any of your devices unattended. We recommend that you use third-party internet filtering software such as Net Nanny.
