To confirm that you are a human, you’ll be asked to handwrite a system-generated sentence exactly as shown (include punctuation and capitalization).
If a handwritten sentence is entered correctly, a 12-digit request code appears. Write it down immediately. You must include this exact code in your mailed AMOE letter.
You are allowed up to five attempts to handwrite each sentence accurately. Following five consecutive incorrect attempts, a new sentence will display after five minutes.
We collect this information solely to prevent fraud and confirm that you are a real person.
