OFFICIAL PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion period for each Weekly Rush Leaderboard starts at 8:00 AM PT on Friday and ends at 11:59 PM PT on the following Thursday ("Promotion Period".)

2. PARTICIPATION

- The Promotion is open to eligible registered Coins Royale players.

- To enter the Promotion, eligible players must click the "Join Tournament" button on the competition window during the Promotion Period. Only players who have successfully joined will be eligible to participate. Any activity before joining won't earn points.

- This Promotion is subject to the Coins Royale Terms of Service, Sweepstakes Rules and Privacy Policy.

3. PARTICIPATING GAMES

- Live Casino games are excluded from this promotion.

4. LEADERBOARD POINTS & SCORING MECHANICS

- Leaderboard points are accumulated from qualifying game activity through the following scoring component:

• Win Multiplier Points: Earn points equal to the Win Multiplier on every winning spin (Calculation: Win Amount / Play Amount).

- A participant's total leaderboard score is the aggregate sum of all Win Multiplier Points earned from eligible spins during the Promotion Period.

- Only qualifying activity completed during the Promotion Period following official tournament registration will count toward the leaderboard.

5. PRIZES

- Prizes will be awarded according to the final leaderboard rankings at the end of the Promotion Period.

- SC prizes are awarded as unplayed SC and have a 1x playthrough requirement.

- Minimum of 100 points required to qualify for a prize.

6. TIE-BREAKER

- If two or more participants finish with the same number of leaderboard points, the participant who first reached the final point total will receive the higher ranking.

7. WINNER VERIFICATION

- Before any prize is awarded, the selected winner must successfully complete any identity verification (KYC), age verification and other compliance checks required under the Coins Royale Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.

- Failure to complete the required verification within the timeframe specified by Coins Royale may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. PUBLICITY

- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Coins Royale may use the winner's first name, state of residence, likeness and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by applicable law.

9. PROMOTION ABUSE

- Coins Royale reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in its reasonable opinion, engages in unusual or abusive play patterns, abuses or attempts to manipulate the Promotion, or otherwise breaches these Promotion Terms, the Coins Royale Terms of Service or the Sweepstakes Rules.

Any prizes awarded as a result of such conduct may be forfeited, and Coins Royale may suspend or terminate the participant's account in accordance with its Terms of Service.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

- Coins Royale reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, if reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Promotion or to comply with legal, regulatory or operational requirements.

11. GAME AVAILABILITY

- Participating games may not be available in all jurisdictions. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion is subject to the availability of the participating games in the player's state of residence.

12. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

- No purchase is necessary to play Sweepstakes Coins games. Please refer to the Coins Royale Sweepstakes Rules for further information.
