OFFICIAL PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Race to Vegas Leaderboard Promotion ("Promotion") runs from 12:00 PM PT on July 9, 2026 until 12:00 AM PT on August 1, 2026 ("Promotion Period".)

2. PARTICIPATION

- The Promotion is open to eligible registered Coins Royale players.

- To enter the Promotion, eligible players must click the "Join" button on the Promotion page during the Promotion Period. Only players who have successfully opted into the Promotion by clicking "Join" will be eligible to participate.

- This Promotion is subject to the Coins Royale Terms of Service, Sweepstakes Rules and Privacy Policy.

3. PARTICIPATING GAMES

- Only gameplay on eligible Playson games during the Promotion Period will earn leaderboard points.

4. LEADERBOARD POINTS

- Leaderboard points are determined based on both total play and total wins.

• Receive ten (10) points for every 1 SC played.
• Receive ten (10) additional points for every 1 SC won.

- Only qualifying activity completed during the Promotion Period will count toward the leaderboard.

5. PRIZES

- Prizes will be awarded according to the final leaderboard rankings at the end of the Promotion Period.

- The Las Vegas prize includes two (2) round-trip economy class airfares and two (2) nights' hotel accommodation at a hotel selected by Coins Royale.

- The prize does not include meals, airport transfers, local transportation, entertainment, baggage fees, travel insurance, taxes, resort fees, incidental expenses, spending money, personal expenses, or any other costs not expressly stated as part of the prize.

- The winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining any required government-issued identification and complying with all applicable travel requirements.

- Any federal, state or local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.

- SC prizes are awarded as unplayed SC and have a 1x playthrough requirement.

- Minimum of 1000 points required to qualify for a prize.

6. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

- Travel dates will be mutually agreed between Coins Royale and the winner and are subject to airline and hotel availability.

- Coins Royale reserves the right to substitute the airline, hotel or travel itinerary with one of comparable value if reasonably necessary.

7. TIE-BREAKER

- If two or more participants finish with the same number of leaderboard points, the participant who first reached the final point total will receive the higher ranking.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION

- Before any prize is awarded, the selected winner must successfully complete any identity verification (KYC), age verification and other compliance checks required under the Coins Royale Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.

- Failure to complete the required verification within the timeframe specified by Coins Royale may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

- Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their Coins Royale account. If a winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to respond, or fails to complete any required verification within the timeframe specified by Coins Royale, the prize may be forfeited and Coins Royale may select an alternate winner.

10. PUBLICITY

- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Coins Royale may use the winner's first name, state of residence, likeness and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by applicable law.

11. PROMOTION ABUSE

- Coins Royale reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in its reasonable opinion, engages in unusual or abusive play patterns, abuses or attempts to manipulate the Promotion, or otherwise breaches these Promotion Terms, the Coins Royale Terms of Service or the Sweepstakes Rules.

Any prizes awarded as a result of such conduct may be forfeited, and Coins Royale may suspend or terminate the participant's account in accordance with its Terms of Service.

12. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

- Coins Royale reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, if reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Promotion or to comply with legal, regulatory or operational requirements.

13. GAME AVAILABILITY

- Participating Playson games may not be available in all jurisdictions. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion is subject to the availability of the participating games in the player's state of residence.

14. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

- No purchase is necessary to play Sweepstakes Coins games. Please refer to the Coins Royale Sweepstakes Rules for further information.
