NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. FREE METHODS OF ENTRY PROVIDE THE SAME CHANCE TO WIN AS ANY OTHER METHOD.
The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is NiyaSG LLC, 1013 Centre Rd, Suite 403-A, Wilmington, DE 19805, USA, which owns and operates the website CoinsRoyale.com (“Coins Royale” or “Sponsor”).
These Rules are to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Use,” “Terms,” or “Agreement”) at Terms and Conditions. Terms which are defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these Sweepstakes Rules.
Coins Royale is an online platform which offers Participants the chance to play games for entertainment and enjoyment. The Sponsor also gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as “Sweeps Coins” or “Sweepstakes Coins” as set out in these Sweepstakes Rules for a chance to accumulate eligible Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for cash and prizes (“Prize(s)”) subject to the terms of these Sweepstakes Rules. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased under any circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER SECTION 16 OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AGAINST US AND YOU MUST PURSUE ANY PAST, CURRENT, AND/OR FUTURE CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND US VIA INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 16 OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Sponsor/Promoter
NiyaSG LLC, owner and operator of the website made available at coinsroyale.com, 1013 Centre Rd, Suite 403-A, Wilmington, DE 19805, USA, is the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by NiyaSG LLC. Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and/or Meta, are not sponsors of, affiliated with, involved with, or responsible for this Sweepstakes in any manner.
2. Eligibility
The Coins Royale Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open exclusively to individuals who are legal residents of the United States that are physically located in the United States, including the District of Columbia, with the exception of residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, and any other locations where participation is restricted or prohibited by law. Individuals residing outside of the United States are not eligible to participate. Participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher, at the time of entry, and have a verified mobile phone number. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a Prize (defined above): employees, holding companies, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other organizations involved in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). Immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their step-relations) and household members of these individuals are also ineligible.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each individual (“Participant” or “Entrant”) agrees to comply with these official rules (“Official Rules”) and acknowledges that all decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding. A Prize may only be awarded if all eligibility and rule requirements are fully satisfied.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who, in its sole discretion, is found to have violated the rules or engaged in behavior intended to undermine the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to ensure their participation is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
3. How to Collect Sweeps Coins
In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, individuals must have an active account (“User Account”) with Coins Royale. If you do not already have a User Account, you may create one free of charge by visiting coinsroyale.com (the “Website” or “Site”). To enter the Sweepstakes, Participants must log in to their User Account through the website.
Once logged in, eligible Participants located within the United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington) may collect Sweeps Coins through any of the following five (5) methods:
(a) Receive Sweeps Coins as a free bonus when purchasing Fun Coins
Each Participant may receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Fun Coins. Fun Coins can be used for social game play on our site. Fun Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes. The number of Sweeps Coins a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant Fun Coins purchase will be clearly stated in the purchase window on the Site. All purchases of Fun Coins are final, and no refunds will be given.
(b) Receive a Specific Number of Free Sweeps Coins by Collecting a Daily Bonus (“Daily Bonus”)
The specific number of free Sweeps Coins may vary by day and will be prominently displayed on the Site. Participants can receive free Sweepstakes Coins on a daily basis by taking the following steps: (i) log into your User Account, and if you are eligible, (ii) click on Daily Bonus in the purchase window on the Site, and (iii) click the “Claim” button. Participants can only claim a Daily Bonus once per twenty-four-hour period.
(c) Receive Sweeps Coins as a one-time welcome gift when creating your User Account
The number of free Sweeps Coins may vary and will be made available on successful verification of your email address and mobile phone number.
(d) Receive Sweeps Coins for Free When Entering Sweeps Coins No-Cost Giveaway Contests on the Coins Royale Social Media Pages
The Sponsor may hold no-cost giveaways which award Sweeps Coins and can be entered by following instructions that will be posted on Coins Royale social media pages, e.g., Facebook. These giveaways may require sharing posts or answering various game-related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Sweeps Coins given away will be stated on the applicable Sweeps Coins no-cost contest post and will be credited to each contest winner’s account within seventy-two (72) hours of the conclusion of the giveaway. These giveaways may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the giveaway materials at the time of the contest, as well as in the Official Rules in effect at the time. No purchase is necessary to participate in any social giveaways.
(e) Receive Sweeps Coins by sending a request by post
Participants can receive free Sweeps Coins, subject to Account verification procedures, via a mail-in request as follows:
Participants can receive an Envelope Request Code and send a piece of white paper (Request Card) which must be 4” x 6”, unfolded, blank and unlined and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in handwriting in blue ink, to the following address and satisfying the requirements set out below:

The following information should be handwritten in blue ink on the envelope:
i. The words: "Sweepstakes Entries",
ii. The User’s return address in the upper left-hand corner on the front of the envelope
The Envelope Request Code should not be handwritten on the envelope, but on one side of the Request Card inside the envelope, handwritten, and in blue ink in the order outlined below.
The following information should be handwritten in blue ink on the Request Card on one side of the paper in the order as outlined below:
i. In the upper left-hand corner of the Request Card, the User's unique Sweepstakes Entries Envelope Request Code;
ii. The User's full name as shown on their government issued identification;
iii. The User's email address registered to the User’s Coins Royale account;
iv. The User ID associated with the User's Coins Royale account;
v. Include the following handwritten statement:
“I would like to receive free Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Coins Royale. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Coins Royale Terms and Conditions and these Sweepstakes Rules.”
For each valid envelope request submitted in accordance with the requirements above, the Participant will be awarded three (3) Sweeps Coins. THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) MAIL-IN ENTRY PER OUTER ENVELOPE. Once verified, the Sweeps Coins will be credited to the Participant’s User Account.
Envelope requests postmarked from a state different than the Participant’s verified residential state will be deemed invalid and will not result in any Sweeps Coins being credited.
All information, including handwriting, must be clearly legible. Illegible submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All entries must be handwritten and any typed or printed text will not be accepted.
An Envelope Request Code is a unique combination of 12 digits that Participants can obtain by following the steps outlined in these Sweepstakes Rules. The purpose of an Envelope Request Code is to assist with the efficient and effective processing of a participant’s Request Card. An Envelope Request Code can only be used once.
The Envelope Request Code included with each submission must match the registered User Account and must still be valid at the time of processing. Any Participant whose code is expired, invalid, or associated with a different account will not be honored and in the sole discretion of the Sponsor may be disqualified and lose their eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. If the case of any dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted a request or whether a request satisfies the requirements set out above, if it cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected request/entry will be deemed ineligible.
An Envelope Request Code is valid for 30 days from the date it is displayed. Request Cards containing an expired Envelope Request Code at the time of processing will be void.
An Envelope Request Code can be obtained by following these steps:
i. sign into your User Account;
ii. click on the “Envelope Request Code” link on the home screen and follow the prompts. The Envelope Request Code is then displayed for a period of time to enable a Participant to record it on their Request Card.
Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the request process - including the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts - will result in the request being void and may disqualify the Participant from further participation in the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Coins may be forfeited if a participant’s User Account is closed for any reason, including at the Sponsor’s discretion.
4. Using Sweeps Coins to Play Games
Participants must be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used in connection with the Entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Participants with Sweeps Coins can use their Sweeps Coins to play sweepstakes games within Coins Royale for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Only Sweeps Coins accumulated through game play (and not collected via one of the methods described in Section 3 above) can be redeemed for Prizes of monetary value in accordance with these Rules and subject to eligibility requirements being met.
Sweepstakes Coins that have been won through game play and are accumulated by the Participant may be redeemed for a Prize, subject to maximum and minimum Prize redemption amounts stated in these Sweepstakes Rules. Sweeps Coins have no real monetary value and may only be used to request a Prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor.
Approval is subject to participant completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions of Coins Royale.
The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win and/or redeem Sweeps Coins for Prizes is strictly prohibited. Utilizing methods such as creating multiple accounts and identities and other collusive methods are not permitted and may result in account closure and/or a permanent ban and forfeiture of Sweeps Coins, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Within the Site there are different games. The amount of Sweeps Coins required to play each game will be detailed next to the game. A Participant may be able to increase the amount of Sweeps Coins they play the game with to increase their potential winning eligibility.
Only games played with Sweeps Coins provide the opportunity to redeem winnings for real Prizes. The Prize that can be won while playing a game will be shown on our site by clicking the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button, denominated as “Sweeps Coins”, "SSC", or “SC”.
Only Sweeps Coins won through gameplay (i.e., outcomes of playing Sweeps Coins games) are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes and can be redeemed for a Prize with value being equivalent to $1 USD if account eligibility requirements and minimum redemption thresholds are met.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
Unless Sponsor/Promoter requires otherwise, any Sweeps Coins allocated to a Participant are required to be played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.
All Sweeps Coins obtained via any method (including free methods) must be played at least once in any Sweeps Coins game before any resulting won Sweeps Coins become eligible for redemption. “Redeemable Sweeps Coins” means Sweeps Coins in your account that were won through gameplay and have satisfied any disclosed playthrough requirement.
Sponsor/Promoter may, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a Participant must be played a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of Sweeps Coins games before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.
Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to change the prize win rates and odds of any of the Sweepstakes at any time but not during the operation of a specific game or spin. A Participant can see the actual and any amended details by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button. It is a Participant’s responsibility to check the prize win rate within the individual interface of each game on each occasion before they participate in any game play.
5. Verification and Confirmation of Potential Winners
POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR USING ANY METHOD IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE. ALL DECISIONS MADE BY THE SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A CONFIRMED WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE TO SPONSOR’S SATISFACTION. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS, PRINTED IMAGES, OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS AND SPONSOR’S INTERNAL VALIDATION WILL BE THE FINAL DECISION.
Participants may be required to successfully complete a Verification process provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any Prize. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and validation of SSN. Potential Prize winners must comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
A potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize (if applicable).
If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
As a condition of receiving a Prize, the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the total value of Prizes received in a calendar year as required by law.
6. Prizes and Prize Redemptions
(a) A Participant’s Sweeps Coins balance is displayed within their User Account.
(b) Sweeps Coins do not hold any real-world monetary value and are used solely to qualify a Participant to request Prize redemptions as described in these rules. If a Participant closes their account without initiating a valid redemption request—or if their balance remains below the minimum required to redeem any available prize—their Sweeps Coins will be forfeited. Upon account closure or termination for any reason, all unredeemed Sweeps Coins will be voided.
(c) To request a Prize, a Participant must click the “Redeem” option available within the Coins Royale site menu.
(d) Prizes are only awarded once a redemption has been completed. Sweeps Coins that have not been redeemed do not entitle a Participant to any Prize or benefit.
(e) If a Participant chooses to redeem Sweeps Coins for cash, funds will be paid in USD to the original financial account or digital wallet used to purchase Fun Coins. If this is not possible, an alternate bank account may be designated. The Sponsor reserves the right to require use of the same payment method as was used to purchase Fun Coins or to specify a particular payment method. The ability to use a payment method for the purchase of Fun Coins does not guarantee the ability to use the same payment method for redemption.
(f) If a Participant chooses to redeem Sweeps Coins for a gift card, it will be delivered to the email address registered to their User Account. Gift card redemptions require a minimum value of $50 USD (equivalent to 50 Redeemable Sweeps Coins). Participants must meet this balance threshold before requesting a gift card Prize.
(g) For cash redemptions, the minimum value is $100 USD (100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins). Redemption requests below this amount will not be processed. The Sponsor may charge a processing fee, at its discretion, which will not exceed the reasonable costs associated with fulfilling the transaction.
(h) In order to be eligible for a Sweeps Coins Prize or Prize redemption, the following conditions must be met:
- The Participant must be a legal resident of the United States, physically located within the United States or the District of Columbia, but excluding residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
- The Participant must have a fully verified User Account and be in good standing.
(i) The Sponsor reserves the right to limit redemptions to $10,000 USD per day, or to another limit as required to meet regulatory, partner, or supplier obligations. The total number of Prizes awarded shall not exceed the stated amounts.
(j) Redemptions exceeding $2,500 USD may require extended processing times due to bank procedures, security, and/or fraud verification checks. In some cases, such payments may be issued in multiple installments.
(k) Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with receiving or redeeming a Prize. The Sponsor does not withhold or remit taxes on a Participant’s behalf.
(l) The Sponsor will not cover or reimburse any foreign exchange transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations that may be incurred as a result of, or in connection with a Prize redemption.
(m) Sweeps Coins are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If circumstances outside of the Sponsor’s reasonable control arise, it may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
(n) Participants whose redemption requests are approved will be notified via private message or email.
(o) In the event that any purchase(s) made by a Participant is/are subject to a chargeback, all Sweeps Coins and Fun Coins shall be forfeited, any pending redemptions shall be cancelled, no further redemptions shall be permitted, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Participant’s User Account.
(p) Participants may submit only one Prize redemption request every twenty-four (24) hours. All requests will be processed as promptly as reasonably possible.
(q) By requesting a redemption, the Participant acknowledges that it may take up to ten (10) days for the funds to be delivered to their nominated payment method.
(r) Prizes are not awarded until redeemed. A Participant has no rights to Sweeps Coins that have not been redeemed.
7. Entry conditions and release
By participating, each Participant agrees to:
a. Comply with and be bound by:
i. The Terms and Conditions
ii. These Sweepstakes Rules; and
iii. The decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final.
b. Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of Prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and
c. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a Participant's participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or Participant's acceptance, use or misuse of Prizes.
8. Disputes
SECTION 16 OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Sweepstakes Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in Section 16 of the Terms and Conditions.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state as provided by the Participant or captured in connection with the Sweepstakes, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration. This clause will survive any termination of the Terms and Conditions.
10. Limitations of Liability
Insofar as permitted by law in the respective territories, the Released Parties (as defined above) are not responsible for:
(a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
(b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
(c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes; or
(e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
(f) outages, delays, or errors involving internet service providers, mobile carriers, hosting providers, or third-party platforms, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (force majeure).
If for any reason a Participant's Sweeps Coins or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant's sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor of an equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins.
11. General Conditions
(a) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
(b) Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstakes Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
(c) Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
(d) In all other cases, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes rules. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted on Coins Royale website at https://www.coinsroyale.com.
(e) Whenever these Sweepstakes Rules are amended in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be to your detriment, we will notify you upon your next visit to the Site where you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules prior to participating in any Sweepstakes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules, you may not participate in any Sweepstakes.
12. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware.
13. Privacy
Information collected from Participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
14. Questions
To ensure fairness and the integrity of the Sweepstakes to all Participants, the Sponsor will respond to questions to Customer Support via support@coinsroyale.com.
