We make the Site viewable nationwide; however, participation in our gameplay and sweepstakes features is restricted in certain states pursuant to our Terms and Conditions. MINORS

The Site is not intended for use by anyone under 21 years of age and our Site is not structured in a way to attract minors. We do not knowingly permit persons under 21 years of age to use the Site, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from anyone under 21 years of age. ASSIGNMENT
